Do you need invitation letter to have visa for travel to China? If so, please provide us with your contact email, your passport name, your passport number, your nationality. With such information we can send you an invitation letter in PDF format and you can print it out for your visa application from local China embassy (type "L" visa for 30 days stay in China is enough).

With information re flight number, Beijing arrival date, arrival time we can offer pick-up service from Beijing airport, book a train ticket in advance or book a hotel room in Beijing upon your request. Please understand we will take a train in group heading Wudang on 1st of September. Please inform us if you plan to go to Wudang earlier (we can book the train ticket for you).

JinJiang Inn Hotel is located close to Western Beijing Train Station in Beijing. It is five minutes walk away from Western Beijing Train Station from which we take train heading Mt. Wudang and to which some attendants return. If you plan to stay in Beijing sometime prior to 1st September or return to Bejing after 18th September you are advised to stay in this hotel. Please provide us with information as to 1) how many nights you plan to stay in the hotel 2) from which date to which date. The accommodation fee from standard room is CNY 239. Yes, we can help to book the room for you or you can book the room by yourself. Please remeber the hotel refuses to refund any cost.

Do you plan to travel by yourself to reach Mt. Wudang? If so, please provide us with more information re when you are expected to arrive at Mt. Wudang, do you need pick-up from Wudang Train Station, other service you need and so on.

What payment mode you prefer to pay the cost? Here payment by T/T transfer, traveler's check, or payment via PayPal (please bear up 3.90% transaction fee) remain acceptable.

Do you plan to join us returning Beijing by train when the workshop ends on 18th of September? You may plan to continue the stay at Mt. Wudang or plan to travel to other cities. Please provide us with more details in order for us to provide possible help. The group would have to take the train to Beijing on 18th of September.
