We will prepare arrangement for group travel from Beijing to Wudang on September 1, 2012 and a return trip from Wudang to Beijing on September 18, 2012. We will have two working staff stationed in a three-star hotel in Beijing to offer pick-up and reception service and bring them to Wudang prior to the workshop. So, all participants are welcome to provide us with your air flight information for us to pick you up from the airport and bring you to hotel or to Western Beijing Train Station if some participants want to take the train the same day by themselves.

The hotel in Beijing where we station for reception is call JinJiang Inn. It is five minutes walk away from Western Beijing Train Station from which we take train heading Mt. Wudang and to which some attendants return. Yes, some people plan to stay in this hotel for sometime and we can help to  book the room for you or you can book the room by yourself.
